Itinerary

We will meet you at Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu and transferred to the hotel, after your freshness briefing program for your trekking, overnight at hotel.

After your breakfast we will start a guided tour to the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu valley, including Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambunath (Monkey Temple) and Buddha Nath, one of the large Stupas in the world.

Today we leave to Pokhara, which takes 30 minutes by flight and 6-7 hours by bus.  Today you will be free in Pokhara you can visit yourself.  Pokhara is beautiful lake city which offers panoramic views of Mt. Machapuchre, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt Annapurna and Mt. Manaslu.

Pokhara is really a beautiful city with many lakes and caves. We can see wonderful view of great mountains including Mt. Machhapuchre (fishtail), Annapurna and Dhaulagiri from here. There is famous lake called Phewa where we spend afternoon boating.

Today we leave for Chitwan, the southern plains of Nepal. A tourist bus takes you to Chitwan National Park. Today you can do jungle safari, jungle walk and canoeing.

Early morning after tea/coffee bird watching and elephant ride. After breakfast, Canoe ride/elephant briefing / swimming and bath. Then take a short walks along the trails of the jungle with a nature guide. We will see rare one-horned rhino, elephants, deer, crocodile, birds, etc. You will see cultural show of Tharu youth in the evening.

After having breakfast we leave for Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Lumbini is one of the most important religious sites in the world. In the afternoon we will do sightseeing tour of Lumbini city.

Today we will visit most sacred places in the Lumbini. Ashoka Pillar, Maya Devi Temple, The Crane Sanctuary, The Sacred garden, Monasteries are the main attractions of this holiest place Lumbini. Ashoka Pillar is an inscribed pillar erected by Emperor Ashoka (249 BC) on the spot of Buddha's birth. Maya Devi temple is dedicated to Maya Devi, who is Buddha’s mother, which seems natural as lumbini in famed as the birth place of Lord Buddha.

After having breakfast drive to Bhairawa by private vehicle then fly from Bhairawa airport to Kathmandu. Alternatively we can back to Kathmandu by land which takes approximately 7 hours.
