  • Physical Fitness: Trekking in Langtang involves long hike, so good physical health is essential. Start light exercise or hiking practice in advance.
  • Permits: You will need two key permits for the trek i.e. Langtang National Park Permit and TIMS Card which can be obtained through a trekking company.
