Company Information
Dream Heaven Adventure Pvt. Ltd. is a government-registered trekking and travel company based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
We specialize in trekking, tours, peak climbing, mountaineering, cultural journeys, wildlife tours, helicopter services, luxury holidays, and tailor-made adventure programs across Nepal and the Himalayas.
Booking and Trip Confirmation
A trip booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit payment has been received by Dream Heaven Adventure.
The standard booking deposit is generally 20% of the total trip cost unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining balance can usually be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the start of the trip.
For some special expeditions, luxury journeys, helicopter services, or customized trips, a higher advance payment may be required depending on permit regulations, flight reservations, hotel bookings, or operational requirements.
Bookings are accepted through email communication, website inquiry, direct office confirmation, or other approved communication methods.
Flexible Booking Policy
We understand that travel plans can occasionally change due to personal, medical, weather, or international travel situations. Whenever possible, Dream Heaven Adventure tries to provide reasonable flexibility regarding trip postponement, date changes, or future trip credit depending on operational commitments and permit regulations.
Some services such as domestic flights, trekking permits, peak climbing permits, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements may remain non-refundable according to supplier policies.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card payment
- Online payment systems
- Cash payment in USD or other major currencies
Clients are responsible for any international bank charges, transfer fees, or transaction charges.
Credit card payments may include additional banking or transaction charges.

For more detailed information regarding payment procedures, available payment options, bank details, and payment guidelines, please check our Payment Process page.
Passport and Visa Requirements
All travelers must carry a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity from the date of travel.
Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas, travel permits, vaccination documents, and immigration requirements before arrival.
Dream Heaven Adventure can provide general guidance regarding Nepal visa procedures, but the final responsibility remains with the traveler.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips and mandatory for high-altitude trekking, climbing, and remote mountain adventures.
Travel insurance should ideally cover:
- Emergency helicopter evacuation
- High-altitude trekking activities
- Medical treatment
- Trip cancellation
- Flight delays and interruptions
- Lost baggage
- Personal accidents
- Emergency repatriation
Clients are fully responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance before the trip begins.
Health and Medical Conditions
Clients must inform Dream Heaven Adventure in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, physical limitations, or ongoing treatments that may affect participation during the trip.
Certain trekking routes and climbing programs involve high altitude, remote mountain conditions, changing weather, limited medical facilities, and physically demanding trails.
Clients are responsible for honestly evaluating their own fitness level and physical condition before booking a trip.
Our guides may advise travelers to rest, descend, or modify the itinerary if health or safety concerns arise during the journey.
Altitude Awareness
Many trekking regions in Nepal involve high-altitude environments where altitude sickness may occur regardless of age or fitness level.
Proper acclimatization, hydration, gradual pacing, and guide communication are extremely important during high-altitude trekking programs.
Our guides monitor traveler conditions carefully and always aim to support safe and comfortable travel in the mountains.
Trip Difficulty and Personal Responsibility
Adventure travel in Nepal involves physical activity, changing weather conditions, mountain trails, and remote environments.
Participants are expected to prepare adequately before joining the trip and follow guide instructions throughout the journey.
Dream Heaven Adventure always aims to provide honest trip information, realistic planning, and professional support to help travelers enjoy their experience comfortably and confidently.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for reviewing trip details, packing recommendations, insurance requirements, and health considerations before departure.
Participants are expected to respect local culture, local regulations, fellow travelers, guides, porters, and mountain communities throughout the journey.
Solo Traveler Policy
Solo travelers are welcome on many of our trekking and tour programs in Nepal.
For restricted trekking regions such as Manaslu, Upper Mustang, Nar Phu Valley, and similar areas, solo travel is possible with a government-licensed trekking guide and the required permits according to current Nepal government regulations.
Additional permit conditions, guide requirements, and operational arrangements may apply depending on the trekking region and season.
Restricted Area Permit Regulations
Certain trekking regions in Nepal are classified as restricted areas by the Government of Nepal. These regions require special permits, licensed guides, and compliance with local trekking regulations.
Dream Heaven Adventure follows all government trekking regulations and permit requirements for restricted regions.
Unexpected Situations and Travel Flexibility
Travel in the Himalayas is a unique and rewarding experience, but mountain conditions and local circumstances can occasionally cause minor changes to travel plans, transportation schedules, or trekking itineraries.
Weather conditions, flight delays, road access, local regulations, and other unexpected situations may sometimes require itinerary adjustments for comfort, safety, or operational reasons.
In such situations, Dream Heaven Adventure always aims to provide practical support, clear communication, and the best possible alternative arrangements to help travelers continue their journey smoothly.
We appreciate travelers’ flexibility and understanding, as these are naturally part of adventure travel in Nepal and the Himalayas.
Flight Delays and Cancellations
Domestic flights in Nepal, especially mountain flights such as Lukla routes, are highly weather dependent.
Flight delays or cancellations are occasionally common due to changing mountain weather conditions.
Dream Heaven Adventure always tries to assist travelers with updated information and alternative arrangements whenever possible.
We strongly recommend keeping a few extra buffer days in your travel schedule for additional flexibility and comfort.
Trekking Guides and Porters
Our trekking guides are government licensed and experienced in Himalayan trekking operations.
Porters and support staff are treated fairly and provided with proper equipment, insurance coverage, and reasonable working conditions.
Clients are expected to treat guides, porters, drivers, hotel staff, and local communities respectfully throughout the trip.
Porter load limits are managed according to safety and welfare standards.
Authority of Guides and Trip Leaders
Dream Heaven Adventure guides and trip leaders may occasionally make decisions related to traveler safety, weather conditions, route adjustments, and itinerary management during the journey.
These decisions are always made with traveler comfort, safety, and overall trip experience in mind.
Accommodation Standards
Accommodation standards vary depending on the region, altitude, accessibility, and trip style.
In cities, accommodation may range from standard hotels to luxury properties depending on the selected package.
During trekking programs, accommodation is usually provided in local tea houses or mountain lodges. Facilities in remote mountain regions may be more basic compared to city hotels.
Depending on the trekking region and altitude, facilities may occasionally include shared bathrooms, limited heating, limited Wi-Fi, or basic dining areas.
Despite simpler facilities in remote regions, tea houses in Nepal provide a unique opportunity to experience local hospitality and mountain culture more closely.
Mountain Infrastructure Limitations
Travelers should understand that many trekking regions in Nepal are remote mountain areas with limited infrastructure and basic facilities.
Internet access, electricity, heating, transportation, hot water, charging facilities, and medical services may not always be fully reliable depending on the region, altitude, season, and weather conditions.
Food and Meals
Meals included in the itinerary will be provided according to the package details.
Food availability in remote trekking regions may vary depending on altitude, transportation access, and seasonal conditions.
Tea houses generally provide local meals and trekking meals such as soups, noodles, pasta, rice dishes, potatoes, pancakes, eggs, and other seasonal food items, which can usually be chosen directly from the tea house menu.
Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance, although availability may occasionally be limited in remote mountain areas.
Responsible Travel and Environmental Policy
Dream Heaven Adventure is committed to responsible and environmentally conscious tourism.
We encourage travelers to:
- Respect local culture and traditions
- Minimize plastic waste
- Avoid damaging natural environments
- Support local communities
- Respect wildlife and religious sites
- Follow local customs and dress respectfully
We strongly support sustainable tourism practices and responsible trekking in the Himalayas.
Respect for Local Culture and Communities
Travelers are encouraged to respect local customs, traditions, religious sites, dress practices, and community values throughout their journey in Nepal.
Responsible and respectful travel helps preserve the cultural heritage and natural beauty of Himalayan regions for future generations.
Personal Belongings and Valuables
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, electronics, travel documents, cash, and valuables during the trip.
We recommend keeping important items secure throughout the journey.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip, please inform Dream Heaven Adventure in writing as early as possible so we can assist you properly and minimize unnecessary operational costs.
In many cases, the initial trip deposit can be retained as a lifetime trip credit for future travel with Dream Heaven Adventure, allowing travelers greater flexibility if plans change unexpectedly.
Whenever operationally possible, remaining balances for unused services may be refunded according to booking status, supplier policies, permits, flights, and confirmed arrangements.
- More than 30 days before trip departure: 10% of the total trip cost will be retained as an administrative and operational fee.
- 15 to 30 days before trip departure: 20% of the total trip cost may be retained depending on permits, hotel bookings, transportation, and other confirmed arrangements.
- 7 to 14 days before trip departure: 40% of the total trip cost may be retained due to confirmed operational expenses.
- Less than 7 days before trip departure or no-show: The trip cost is generally non-refundable.
Please note that certain expenses such as trekking permits, peak climbing permits, domestic flight tickets, hotel reservations, transportation bookings, and other pre-arranged services may already be confirmed and therefore become non-refundable according to supplier and government policies.
Whenever possible, we always try to provide reasonable flexibility regarding postponements, future trip credit, or alternative travel arrangements depending on operational commitments and permit regulations.
Our goal is always to manage cancellations and unexpected situations fairly, responsibly, and with understanding for both travelers and operational commitments in Nepal.
Emergency Rescue and Evacuation
In emergency situations, Dream Heaven Adventure will assist in coordinating rescue or evacuation services where possible.
Helicopter rescue operations in Nepal depend on weather conditions, visibility, altitude, location accessibility, and operational availability.
Emergency evacuation may occasionally be delayed due to mountain weather or remote terrain conditions.
All rescue and evacuation costs remain the responsibility of the traveler or their insurance provider.

Dream Heaven Adventure may occasionally use photographs or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes, including website content, social media, brochures, and marketing materials.
Clients who prefer not to appear in promotional media should inform us in advance.
Privacy Policy
Personal information shared by clients is used only for travel operations, permit processing, bookings, communication, and required travel arrangements.
We respect client privacy and do not sell personal information to third parties.
Certain information may need to be shared with government offices, airlines, hotels, insurance providers, or operational partners when necessary for trip organization.

While Dream Heaven Adventure makes every effort to keep website information accurate and updated, trip details, itineraries, prices, accommodations, transportation schedules, and operational conditions may occasionally change.

We value honest communication and always try to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
Any disputes shall be governed according to the laws and regulations of Nepal.
