Early in the morning you will board flight to Lukla .During the flight you will be thrilled with the scenic views of stunning landscapes of Everest region. The time duration of flight is about 25 minutes approximate.
When you reach Lukla, you will meet the crew members and the porter. They will assist you in packing trekking gear and stuff. Then we start our walking to Phakding which takes about 3 hours.

After breakfast, you will start to trek to Namche Bazzar. On the way to Namche Bazaar, you will pass through beautiful village like Phakding, Monjo etc. Similarly on your way, you will get the views of various Mountains such as AmaDablam, Lhoste, and many more.
Overnight stay at lodge in Namche Bazaar with standard meals.

    After breakfast ,on 3rd day of your trek you will ascend uphill to get to tengboche. On doing so you will pass in across the rhododendron forest,pine tree and cascading river. During you walk you will be given company by the scenic views of  Mt .Everest along with several other peaks like Mt Amadabiam, pumori etc
    Tengboche is considers as the most famous destinations for trekkers and the Buddhist Pilgrims. In Tengboche you can explore the oldest monastery of Nepal, The Tengboche monastery, similarly you will get chance to explore culture, tradition and lifestyle of the Sherpa people during your trek
    Overnight stay at trekking lodges in tengboche.

      Today ,after your morning breakfast you will prepar yourself for trekking towards Dingboche.The trekking route is long and quite challing,Also the trails are rugged and not well maintained Durung your journey to Dingboche you will cross the Imja Khola.Then after 2 hrs from Tangboche, you will reach small village named Pangboche. Then after you will pass through several small towns and you head to cross the Khumbu Khola.After the crossing ,you will start gradual climb uphill to reach you destination for the day ,Dingboche.Over night stay at trekking lodges in Dingboche.

        Today ,you  will trek from Dingboche to lobuche.The trekking trails offers mesmerizing views of nature at different points. The distance you need to cover for reaching lobuche from Dingboche is 10 .7 km on reaching lobuche,you will make your journey as a step close to Everest Base Camp.
        Lobuche offers the views of Khumub Glacier.On you way, you will find ,Snow –capped Mountains is surrounding you all along the trekking trails.
        Before you reach Lobuche ,you come across Thukla.In Thukla you can find memorials of dead people that once attemped the Mt Everest climb. Similarly, this place has many prayer flags .These flags are tribute to many brave mountaineers on reaching lobuche, you can rest overnight at a tea house or lodge.

          Today you will start early in the morning to reach your final destination ,the Everest Base Camp.
          You will trek across the Gorakshep and then you will reach the EBC .At EBC you will eye witness the stunning views of Mt Everest along with neighboring peaks. Everest Base camp lacks lodge or tea house so on the same day you will descend back to Goreshep.

            On last day of your trek ,you will hike to Kalapatthar early in the morning. Kalapatthar is famous vantage point for the best views of Mt Everest at the time of sunrise and sunset. After celebrating you achievement for conquering the Base of Mt .Everest. Immediately you will board a helicopter and arrive back to Kathmandu. With this ,your 7 Days Everest Base Camp trek comes to an end.

The elevation reaches over 5,545 meters, and you'll be walking for about six to seven hours each day. The trail includes various valleys and mountain passes with both uphill and downhill sections.

              Therefore, it's crucial that you are in good health and have a suitable level of fitness for this trek. While the itinerary doesn't include specific acclimatization days, having prior experience in trekking or hiking can help you adjust better to the high-altitude conditions.

              To prepare for this adventure, engaging in activities like walking, running, and other cardiovascular exercises will be beneficial. Throughout the trek, an experienced guide from Dream Heaven Adventure will ensure your safety, monitor your progress and well-being, and accompany the group from Lukla to Everest Base Camp and back.

              With proper physical preparation, this trek is achievable. However, maintaining a positive mindset is also crucial for successfully completing the journey.

              The route we follow is the traditional 12-day hike to Everest Base Camp, excluding the designated acclimatization day. If you are physically fit, we can accommodate this adjustment as our itinerary gradually increases in altitude.

              Furthermore, the 7-day Everest Base Camp trek is manageable for any group of travelers who can walk for four to six hours per day. It is considered an intermediate-level hike and doesn't require advanced mountaineering skills or techniques.
